Terms of Service for Synqy Bot

Welcome to Synqy, a Discord bot designed to facilitate product purchases, manage queues, and enhance community interactions within Discord servers. By inviting, using, or interacting with Synqy (the “Bot”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding Synqy to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to be bound by these ToS, as well as Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. These ToS may be updated periodically, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Use of the Bot
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and comply with Discord’s age requirements to use Synqy.
- Permitted Use: Synqy is intended for personal, non-commercial use within Discord servers. You may use the Bot for purchasing products, managing tabs, and engaging in community activities as permitted by server administrators.
- Prohibited Use: You may not:
- Use Synqy for illegal purposes, spamming, harassment, or violating Discord’s guidelines.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the Bot’s code without permission.
- Use Synqy to disrupt server operations or exploit vulnerabilities.
3. Account and Data
- Synqy operates within Discord and uses data provided by Discord (e.g., user IDs, guild IDs, messages). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any data you input (e.g., product names, prices).
- Synqy does not collect personal data beyond what Discord provides (e.g., user IDs, guild IDs for functionality). See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Intellectual Property
- Synqy is owned and operated by its developer(s). All rights, titles, and interests in the Bot, including code, design, and functionality, remain with the developer(s).
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of Synqy without explicit permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Synqy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer(s) are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or server disruption, arising from Bot use.
- The developer(s) are not responsible for actions taken by users or server administrators within Discord.
6. Termination
- The developer(s) may suspend or terminate access to Synqy at any time, without notice, for violations of these ToS or Discord’s policies.
- You may remove Synqy from your server at any time via Discord’s server settings.
7. Governing Law
- These ToS are governed by the laws of the United States, West Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the West Virginia state courts located in Harrison County.

9. Changes to ToS
- The developer(s) may update these ToS at any time. Notices of changes will be posted in the Bot’s documentation or Discord servers where it operates. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
